Cancellation Policy
Your consultation time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that all reschedule requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your consultation, a $50 consultation fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be refunded if cancellation notice is provided within the required timeframe. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation may result in the full consultation fee being forfeited.
