FAQs

01

What areas of Kansas do you serve?

We stage homes across most of Kansas, including Wichita, Kansas City, Salina, Manhattan, Topeka, and surrounding communities like Hutchinson, McPherson, Great Bend, and Hays. If you’re not sure whether we serve your area, contact us! Chances are we do!

03

How much does home staging cost in Kansas?

With occupied staging, it is typically $400–$1,500 for 30 days, where we style your existing furniture and add our own rugs, art, and décor to make the space feel neutral, inviting, and photo-ready.

With vacant staging, it can range from $1,000–$3,500, and includes a 30-day furniture rental, professional design, delivery, setup, and removal. This option gives vacant homes warmth and character that help them sell faster.

For builder & model home staging, we offer custom packages available with flexible 60-day, 6-month, and yearly rentals to keep your models show-ready and refreshed.

Each quote is customized to your property’s needs and location. We offer same-day estimates so you know exactly what to expect before booking.

05

Why is professional home staging important?

Staging helps buyers visualize living in the space, increases emotional connection, and typically shortens days on market. Professionally staged Kansas homes photograph better online, attract more showings, and often sell for higher prices.

07

How soon should I book home staging before listing photos?

We recommend reaching out 1–2 weeks before your photo date to allow time for design planning, delivery scheduling, and setup. Need something last minute? We can often accommodate rush requests depending on inventory and location.

09

How do I schedule a staging consultation?

You can request a quote directly by calling or texting us at (479) 689-9080. Just send your name, the property address, and a few details about the home, and we’ll get a customized quote back to you the same day. You can also message us on Google for a fast response.

02

What types of staging services do you offer?

We provide vacant home staging, occupied home staging, interior styling, and model-home staging for builders. Every project includes professional design, setup, and removal that is all tailored to your property and target buyer.

04

What is the “Stage Now, Pay at Close” program?

Our "Stage Now, Pay at Close" program lets sellers stage their home with no upfront cost — payment is made at closing once the home sells. This program was designed to make professional staging accessible to every homeowner, even if funds are tied up before listing. It’s a great way to showcase your property at its best without delaying your market launch.

Most sellers and investors choose this option so they’re not out of pocket before closing. The program is available to qualifying clients. Reach out to see if your property qualifies!

06

How long is the standard staging rental term?

Standard staging with our company is based on a 30-day rental, which covers most listing periods. Extensions are available month-to-month at a discounted rate, or longer terms can be arranged for higher priced homes, builders, and investors.

08

Do you work with REALTORS®, builders, or investors?

Absolutely!!! We partner with REALTORS®, builders, homeowners, and real estate investors across Kansas. We understand market strategy and presentation, making us a trusted resource for both new construction and resale listings.

10

Do you sell the furniture and décor you use in the home?

Yes! We offer the option to purchase furniture, art, and décor items used in your staging. Whether it’s the homeowner who wants to keep the look or a buyer who falls in love with the design, select pieces can be purchased after staging. Just let us know which items you’re interested, before the pickup date, and we will provide pricing and availability.
